The new C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 has been in the spotlight since its debut. The track-oriented Corvette from General Motors answers the question of what it would look like if GM made the Ferrari 458 Italia. It is one of the most unique cars the American automaker has ever produced. The Z06 has some serious supercar numbers on its stat sheet.

With praise like that, the Z06 is starting to move up to the status of a supercar. It certainly has the performance, although only time will tell if the community will accept it as that classification.
